Popular cosplayer Iori Moe has been appointed as the PR Ambassador/Cosplay Ambassador for Tokyo Comic Con 2023! With over 1.39 million followers on X (formerly Twitter), Iori Moe is a multi-talented individual, active as a cosplayer, YouTuber, and radio personality. She is also a dedicated movie enthusiast and is scheduled to participate in stage events during the Tokyo Comic Con.

Additionally, for the first time since Tokyo Comic Con 2020, we are thrilled to announce that the husband-and-wife duo, LiLiCo and Ryosuke Oda, will serve as the Main MCs! LiLiCo is a renowned film commentator and talent, well-known for conducting solo interviews with numerous international stars. She has also made appearances on various TV shows, radio programs, and worked as a voice actor and narrator in anime, showcasing her versatile talents.
