With the participation of major anime-related companies such as Aniplex Corporation, KADOKAWA Corporation, TOHO Animation (TOHO Co., Ltd.), and a total of 110 exhibitors, it marks the largest event in its history, now in its 11th edition. To celebrate the occasion, a visual featuring 22 anime characters has been unveiled.

Additionally, on January 19th (Friday) at 20:00, the premiere of 'AnimeJapan KICKOFF 2024' will be streamed on the AnimeJapan official YouTube channel. Narrated by popular voice actors Katsuhira Yamaguchi and Atsumi Tanezaki, the event will unveil the full lineup of the anticipated AJ Stage, featuring discussions on popular and upcoming anime, as well as the latest information about AnimeJapan 2024.

Exhibitors for AnimeJapan 2024 have been confirmed, including Aniplex, KADOKAWA, TOHO Animation, FGO PROJECT, Bandai Namco Group, DMM pictures/DMM TV, NBC Universal Entertainment Japan, Animax/Kids Station, Disney+, and more, totaling 110 companies. Moreover, this event will be the largest to date, utilizing the entire East Exhibition Hall of Tokyo Big Sight.

AnimeJapan, marking its 11th edition with a new step forward after celebrating its 10th anniversary last year, has unveiled its catchphrase for AnimeJapan 2024: "Anime, a new era." The visual features 21 characters from popular anime, including Goto Hitori from "Bocchi no Rock!" (Bocchi the Rock!), Emilia from "Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World," Nekoneko from "Yakusoku no Neverland" (The Promised Neverland), along with original illustrations of the official AnimeJapan characters, the AJ Brothers.
