[Hankyu Umeda Main Store] “Tom and Jerry 85th Anniversary Exhibition” will be held!

At Hankyu Umeda Main Store, from September 4th (Wednesday) to September 23rd (Monday, holiday), 2024, the 9th floor Umeda Gallery Art Stage will be holding the 85th Anniversary Tom and Jerry Exhibition: When You Laugh, I We will be holding an event called ``Let's laugh too''. Advance tickets for this exhibition will go on sale from Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

Tom and Jerry is an animated series created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera in 1940. This slapstick comedy in which Tom the cat and Jerry the mouse engage in a chase each time continues to bring smiles to children and adults around the world. The work, which will celebrate its 85th anniversary in 2025, depicts the casual yet fun days of the two, which have been depicted unchanged since their birth. There are many hidden hints for turning everyday life into laughter. This is an experiential exhibition where you can enjoy Tom and Jerry's daily life through exhibits from a unique perspective and photo spots that highlight the relationship between the two and their unique friends. We will also be selling original exhibition items.
