“40th Anniversary Transformers Exhibition” will be held at Umeda Loft!

The transforming robot character "Transformers" series, a content "originated in Japanese toys" created by Takara Tomy Co., Ltd., will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2024.
The 40-year partnership between Takara Tomy and the American company HASBRO has produced rare characters and numerous products that are loved by fans around the world, and in 1984 they introduced "Convoy", which transforms from a vehicle into a robot. Since its release (in Japan since 1985), "Transformers" has evolved into a global brand. Fans around the world have loved the epic story of a super robot life form that can transform at will, the activities of its unique characters, and its numerous products.
In 2024, which marks the 40th anniversary since its birth, we will hold an exhibition to cherish the "Transformers" "YOUR ORIGIN" that has become the starting point for each fan, and transform it into "OUR ORIGIN" that unites all generations. Masu.

The 40th Anniversary Transformers Exhibition, the first exhibition in 10 years, is scheduled to be held from Friday, May 10, 2024, starting in Osaka. The first anime “Fight! In addition to exhibiting toys that have a 40-year history, including characters that appeared in "Super Robot Life Form Transformers", Beast Wars, and Hollywood movie series, the exhibition will also feature explanatory panels and videos of past works.
