"Sumikko Gurashi" × "Cake.jp" Collaboration Vending Machines to Appear in 14 Marui and Modi Stores in Europe!

Marui Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masahiro Aono) will be installing vending machines for the collaborative "Original Cake Cans" by "Sumikko Gurashi" and "Cake.jp" in 14 Marui and Modi stores starting from December 22, 2023 (Friday).

The collaboration between the universally beloved character "Sumikko Gurashi" and the cake and sweets specialty online shop "Cake.jp" brings forth the "Original Cake Cans." These vending machines will be introduced in 14 Marui and Modi stores, appealing to all age groups. The pastel-colored vending machine itself features an original design from "Cake.jp," and it will offer six different cake cans adorned with Sumikko Gurashi character labels. The cake cans can be repurposed as small item containers after washing, and the labels can be peeled off for reuse.
