(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kyota Kobayashi), which is dedicated to the integration of entertainment and urban development, has newly opened the collaboration cafe "Cafe Fan Base" within "Landmark Plaza" in Yokohama Minato Mirai, which celebrates its 30th anniversary of operation.

As the accumulation of entertainment facilities advances and various events take place in the Minato Mirai area, MEC PIA Creative aims to utilize the area's power to create content related to anime, manga, characters, music, movies, and more. They are establishing a new base for the fusion of the town and content.
